What is !DateConv?

Overview.
---------
This application will when run display a small window with one writable icon
(On the left) and a non writable icon (on the right). When a date is entered
into the writable icon in the format of dd/mm/yyyy the program will display
in the other icon a decimal version e.g. date entered 19/10/1996 will produce
1996.798 this is the year 1996 with the decomal of the 19th day in the 10th
month, this is usfull for entering into DrawBasic or other applications that
do not understand a date structure.
This prog understands leap years.
