  12.    ibm.lnk      - link file for Microsoft C
  13.    ibmtc.mak    - makefile for IBM (Turbo-C)
  14.    ibmtc.lnk    - link file for Turbo-C
  15.    ibmwat.mak   - makefile for IBM (Watcom C)
  16.    ibmwat.lnk   - link file for Watcom C
  17.    ibmwtc.mak   - makefile for IBM (Watcom C w/ Turbo Link and Debugger)
