  3. Bugs fixed:
  4. 1)'Create class lists'  from icon bar caused a heap-manager crash. Scrapping
  5. heap block before claiming a new one cures the problem.
  6. 2) Two glitches when printing term registers:
  7.    (a) Column headings on tutor lists went 'Wed Tu Wed Thu' or similar. L$()
  8.    set to "" inside FNheadings fixes this.
  9.    (b) Too little room in front of 'Staff:'- some subjects with long names
  10.    overwrite it. Offset changed from 124 to 200.

  12. Features added:
  13. 1) Extra line in Config file specifies dates of holiday weeks during term-time,
  14.    i.e. September, Nov.half-term & Spring Bank. Line is read into a variable
  15.    called 'holidays$' and dates are checked against this by FNnext_monday so
  16.    that appropriate routines skip them.
