iconbar:This is the !Spectro icon.
chem_menu:Press SELECT (left hand button) on the mouse to see a list of the Chemicals available
chem_write:This is the icon where the names of the Chemicals are pasted to.
chem_message:All messages are printed here.
data:Press this radio icon if you want to interrogate the database.
test:Press this radio icon if you want to test yourself on mass spec recognition
chem_ok:Press this button to confirm your choice of Chemical
chem_next:Press this button to be given the next Spectrum to examine.
spec_disp:This is where all of the Mass Spectra are displayed. Scroll along the window to see what's what.
quit:\S to quit the application. You don't really want to do that do you?
opt_curve:\S to display curved peaks.
opt_stick:\S to display straight line peaks.
opt_ph:If this button is on the heights will be printed above the peaks, otherwise not.
opt_raw:\S to print raw data.
opt_s100:\S to print data standardized to a maximum of 100.
opt_%:\S to print data standardized to percentages.
opt_reg:\S to display a standard scale horizontal axis.
opt_log:\S to display a logarithmic scale horizontal axis.
opt_fcol:Press the MENU button (Middle button) to see the foreground colour options.
opt_bcol:Press the MENU button (Middle button) to see the background colour options.
opt_hres:\S if you want to display the 'hidden' isotopes. (See Help.)
opt_setopt:\S to set all of these options and return to the main display.
opt_bdown:\S to simulate a reduction in the gas pressure.
opt_bup:\S to simulate an increase in the gas pressure.
