  29. This program is PD, but I claim the copyright over
  30. any files contained within the this directory,
  31. and the source code. The program can be passed on,
  32. but must be passed on complete, and this includes
  33. info-servers, bbs, and PD libraries. NO CHARGE should
  34. be made for this program.  Like almost any computer program,
  35. this program may contain minor bugs which should not affect
  36. the general running of the program, but may crop up
  37. occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g.
  38. running on hardware/software/OS versions not the same
  39. as the author's or under certain conditions not yet tested
  40. by the author). Users are encouraged to send any bug reports
  41. to the author at the address specified earlier, but the
  42. author is NOT liable for any problems (disk crashes, hung
  43. machines and the such like) that may arise from these bugs.
  44. This stems from the fact that the software is FREE and cannot
  45. be guaranteed to be 100% bug-free. However, the author
  46. will always fix any reported bugs and release a fresh
  47. version of this if the bug was serious enough.
  48.
