  11. INTRODUCTION...
  12.  
  13.   Func'n'Proc gives details of all the functions and procedures related to
  14. the DrWimp system, and as such should NOT be distributed seperately.
  15.  
  16.   All the functions and procedures are grouped into seven sections:
  17.  
  18.   Windows
  19.   Icons
  20.   Menus
  21.   Messages
  22.   Misc
  23.   User
  24.   Drawfiles
  25.  
  26.   Func'n'Proc supports interactive help applications.
  27.  
  28. USING...
  29.  
  30.   Double-click on the icon to load. Click on the iconbar icon to bring up
  31. the main window.
  32.  
  33.   At the top is the function and how it would be used. In the rest of the
  34. window its action and the parameters passed are described in more detail.

  36.   Click on the up arrow in the toolbox to move up a function. Click on the
  37. down arror to move down a function. The other two icons in the toolbox move
  38. you to the top and the bottom of the section.
  39.  
  40.   If the function name at the top turns red, then the number of arguments
  41. the function has is too long to fit into the window. Click on the function
  42. name (anywhere on the red text will do) to see the whole thing in a seperate
  43. scrollable window. The window will close automatically if you view another
  44. function without closing it first.

  46. CHANGING SECTION...
  47.  
  48.   Press Menu over the window and choose the new section from the Sections
  49. submenu.

  51. JUMPING TO A FUNCTION...
  52.  
  53.   Press Menu over the window and choose the function name from the
  54. Fnc'n'Prcs submenu.
  55.  
  56. SAVING...
  57.  
  58.   The text displayed in the window can be saved as a text file. Press Menu
  59. over the main window and move to the Save submenu. Drag the icon to a filer
  60. window or another application.
  61.  
  62. SEARCHING...
  63.  
  64.   Choose "Search..." from the main menu and enter the string to search for
  65. into the writeable icon.
  66.   There are two options: "Functions" and "Everything". Turning "Functions"
  67. on will restrict the search to just the function names and the arguments.
  68. Turning "Everything" on will search through the function names, arguments
  69. and descriptions.
  70.   Click on "OK" to start the search and if any matches are found, a window
  71. will open listing all the matching functions. Click on a function to jump to
  72. it in the main window.
