the developer has requested a payment for his work if the program is used
past a specified trial period.  It is a true "try before you buy" offer.

counterparts in both quality and usefulness.

It is important to keep in mind that money paid for this disk applies only
to the cost of the creation and distribution of this disk.  Generally, none
of the people involved in this process pass on any portion of the money
they receive to the authors of the programs contained on the disk.  This
CD-ROM is only a distribution medium, in the same sense as a BBS system,
publicly accessible Internet systems, or other means of distributing
freely redistributable software.  By purchasing this disk you have not
acquired ownership of any of the software hereon.

Authors of Shareware programs depend on the honesty of the users of these
programs for compensation their work.  If the developer of a program has
requested payment for his work you are strongly urged to send in the
payment as promptly as possible if you use the program beyond the initial
