  2.                             HELP FOR BETS WINDOW

  5.                              GENERAL INFORMATION
  6.  
  7.     The purpose of the Bet Window is to create a bet list using the numbers
  8.     (dark) selected in the Prediction Window. This list can be generated
  9.     using "Random Bet", "Optimised Bet" or "Wheeled Bet".
  10.  
  11.     Each model will create a list of bets and display it in the box "..Bets
  12.     For Next Draw". They will also apply the bet list to the last 20 draws
  13.     (in the Data Window) and show the results in the box "Bets Used On Last
  14.     20 Draws".
  15.  
  16.     The following methods could be used to display the bet lists :-
  17.  
  18.     1.  If you want a bet list set up using your own sizes.
  19.  
  20.         Select "Random Bet", set up the bet size and balancing, and run say
  21.         5 lists.
  22.  
  23.         This will create five bet lists according to your specifications,
  24.         select the best, and partially display it in the box "Random Bets
  25.         For Next Draw". The full listing can be examined using "Show Bet
  26.         List".
  27.  
  28.         Use the various menu options to examine/save the listing.
  29.  
  30.         Close the window to return to the main menu where you can print the
  31.         list and mark out your game cards. You can also enter the Result
  32.         Window to try out your list with random 'next draw' data.

  34.     2.  If you want a bet list with optimised coverage of bet combinations.
  35.  
  36.         Select "Optimised Bet", set up the bet width and minimum win size,
  37.         and run it.
  38.  
  39.         This will create a highly optimised bet list from all possible bet
  40.         combinations and partially display it in the box "Optimised Bets
  41.         For Next Draw". The full listing can be examined using "Show Bet
  42.         List".

  44.         Use the various menu options to examine/save the listing.

  46.         Close the window to return to the main menu where you can print the
  47.         list and mark out your game cards. You can also enter the Result
  48.         Window to try out your list with random 'next draw' data.

  50.         This selection produces a very good listing but it can take a VERY
  51.         long time to run. However, you can save the resulting combinations
  52.         (if not aborted) for future use. If saved, then the next time you
  53.         run "Optimised Bet" with the same values (prediction size, bet width
  54.         and minimum win size), it will operate very fast.

  56.     3.  If you want a bet list with full coverage of bet combinations.
  57.  
  58.         Select "Wheeled Bet", set up the bet width, and run it.
  59.  
  60.         This will create a bet list using all possible bet combinations and
  61.         partially display it in the box "Wheeled Bets For Next Draw". The
  62.         full listing can be examined using "Show Bet List".

  64.         Use the various menu options to examine/save the listing.

  66.         Close the window to return to the main menu where you can print the
  67.         list and mark out your game cards. You can also enter the Result
  68.         Window to try out your list with random 'next draw' data.

  70.         This selection should only be used with a small set of prediction
  71.         numbers which produces a bet list less than or equal to 400. A bet
  72.         list greater than this will be shortened, resulting in partial
  73.         coverage.

  75.                                 MENU OPTIONS
  76.  
  77.     1.1  Save/Save Bet
  78.  
  79.       Choose "Save Bet" if you want to save the bet list which is partially
  80.       shown in ".... Bet For Next Draw". The box marked "Saved" is then
  81.       updated to show the "Saved Bet" status.
  82.  
  83.     2.1  Select/Random Bet...
  84.  
  85.       Choose "Random Bet..." if you want the bet list generated randomly.
  86.       A window will be displayed in which you can set up the bet length and
  87.       width (numbers per bet). If you have a favourite prediction number
  88.       (dark group) then you can select "Common 00" and enter it: this
  89.       number will then be included in every bet in the list. You can also
  90.       select the level of balancing of each number in the bet list using
  91.       "Balance" (1..10 can be entered where '1' means good balancing. Note
  92.       that a perfect balance means every number is used equally in the
  93.       completed list). "Range" can be used to adjust the distribution of
  94.       bets to suit the game (1..10 can be entered where '1' means the range
  95.       of distribution is narrow). Note that both the balancing and range
  96.       of the bet list can be observed using "Show Range".

  98.       When you have finished setting the various sizes, and you "run..."
  99.       them, you will be given the choice of running 1...20 lists. If one
  100.       list is run, then it will be displayed but not saved. More than one
  101.       will generate the requested number of lists, find the best, then save
  102.       and display it.

  104.       The resulting bet list is (partially) displayed in the box "Random
  105.       Bet For Next Draw" and then applied to the last 20 data entries. The
  106.       highest wins are shown in the box "Bets Used On Last 20 Draws.

  108.     2.2  Select/Optimised Bet...
  109.  
  110.       Select "Optimised Bet..." if you want a good coverage of bets with a
  111.       minimum bet list. A requester is displayed in which you enter the
  112.       bet width (numbers per bet) then the minimum win size.

  114.       For example, if you are using 20 numbers and you select a bet width
  115.       of 6 and a minimum win size of 5, then you will be sure of winning at
  116.       least a 5-number prize if you get 6 of the 20 numbers correct (to
  117.       guarantee a 6-number prize would require an enormous number of bets).

  119.       This is very powerful but can take a VERY long time, so on completion
  120.       you should always save the combinations (a requester is displayed).
  121.       The next time you use the same bet, it will be created instantly. The
  122.       combinations are not saved if you abort, but the partially generated
  123.       bet list will still be displayed.

  125.       The resulting bet list is (partially) displayed in the box "Optimised
  126.       Bet For Next Draw" and then applied to the last 20 data entries. The
  127.       highest wins are shown in the box "Bets Used On Last 20 Draws.

  129.     2.3  Select/Wheeled Bet...

  131.       Select "Wheeled Bet..." if you are using a small set of prediction
  132.       numbers and want full coverage of bets. You set up the bet width and
  133.       a requester will show how many bets will be generated.

  135.       The resulting bet list is (partially) displayed in the box "Wheeled
  136.       Bet For Next Draw" and then applied to the last 20 data entries. The
  137.       highest wins are shown in the box "Bets Used On Last 20 Draws.

  139.     3.1  Compare/Compare Saved & Displ

  141.       Select "Compare Saved & Displ" if you want to compare the saved bet
  142.       list with the currently displayed list. A window will be opened in
  143.       which both sets of bet lists are applied to the last 20 data entries
  144.       and their highest wins displayed for comparison.

  146.     3.2  Compare/Combine Saved & Displ
  147.  
  148.       Select "Combine Saved & Displ" if you want to combine the saved bet
  149.       list with the currently displayed list. The resulting list is shown
  150.       and the saved list remain unchanged.

  152.     4.1  Change/Clear Bet/

  154.       "Clear Displ" will clear the displayed bet list and "Clear Saved"
  155.       will clear the saved list.

  157.     4.2  Change/Display Saved

  159.       Select "Display Saved" if you want to display the saved bet list in
  160.       the boxes. You can experiment with this list since the saved list is
  161.       remains unchanged.

  163.     5.1  Check/Show Bet List...

  165.       Select "Show Bet List..." if you want to view the bet list contained
  166.       in "... Bet For Next Draw". This will be displayed in a separate
  167.       window and can be viewed a page at a time using "UP" & "DN".

  169.     5.2  Check/Show Trial...

  171.       Select "Show Trial..." if you want to try out the bet list with
  172.       random 'next draw' data. A window will be opened in which you can
  173.       use "Random" to generate the 'next draw' data. This will be used on
  174.       the bet list and the winning bets displayed. You can also enter your
  175.       own numbers for testing and, if you find a good set, add them to the
  176.       bet list.

  178.     5.3  Check/Show Range...

  180.       Select "Show Range..." if you want to examine the distribution range
