  9.    UUxT 3.1 now includes all the features of the previous registered
  10. version, with no more annoying popup requesters. (It is still SHAREWARE
  11. though, and you are still obligated to register!)  It is approx. TEN times 
  12. faster then previous public releases.  I've also squashed several bugs in 
  13. UUxT-GUI, which is now much more stable.

  15.    UUxT is a full featured UUencode/decoder with the following features:
  16.  
  17.    o  File splitting by line or kbytes when encoding for easy mailing/posting.
  18.       (Complete with header and footers that tell the filename and part
  19.       number after total number of parts.)
  20.  
  21.    o  Batch decoding.  (You can decode many files at once, as well as split
  22.       files without joining them.  UUxT also has wildcard support.)
  23.  
  24.    o  Batch encoding.  You can encode multiple files into one text file.
  25.  
  26.    o  Automatically skips over mail headers and other junk that can end up in
  27.       encoded files.
  28.  
  29.    o  Ability to LhA compress files for you, and then
  30.       uuencode the resulting compressed file, all in one step, thus
  31.       saving you time.  You can also decode and de-LhA in one step.

  33.    UUxT also comes with UUxT-GUI 3.1, a full featured workbench interface for
  34. UUxT.
