  5. Function :  Inserts a block from the internal buffer into the lines of the
  6.             text(no new lines will be created).  Each line of the internal
  7.             buffer  will  be inserted in an existing line from the current
  8.             position of the cursor.  If the line would be too long, a part
  9.             of  the  line from the internal buffer will be lost. If 'Paste
  10.             vertical Blocks' reaches the end of the text, it stops.
