  5. Function :  Shows  a  textrequester  which allows you to enter the command
  6.             that will be executed if you select the menu.
  7.             If the command contains [] , TKEd will show a requester (while 
  8.             excuting the command) and you can enter a text, which will re-
  9.             place the [].
  10.             If  the  command  contains {}, TKEd will replace the {} by the
  11.             name of the currently loaded file.
  12.             If  the command contains (), TKEd will open a filerequester to
  13.             select a filename.
