  9.    Optional number PAGELENGTH will force chapters
  10.    to start on next page if less than ten lines are
  11.    left on the actual page and a table of contents
  12.    will be generated.

  14.    Additional number FIRSTPAGE will start counting
  15.    pages from this and put pagenumbers centered in
  16.    an added footline (2 lines of pagelength used).

  18.    Output goes to StandardOut, so you may redirect
  19.    it, eg. ">prt:", or read the guide in CLI.
