  5. \z4\c7DESCRIPTION:\q1  This allows users to communicate with other  users.  The  entire
  6.               module is comprised of  "channel".  Each channel can  be limited
  7.               just like message/file base areas.

  9.               When a user enters a channel, whatever they type (publicly) will
  10.               be broadcast  to  all  the  users on  that  particular  channel.
  11.               Commands are accessed by using the "/" key at column one.

  13.               Powerful  and  creatable  Action  Commands  are  also available.
  14.               These commands  can be created by the  user and stored  in their
  15.               personal directory.
