  8.     To the best of my knowledge, materials in this library are
  9.     freely redistributable, which means that they can be redistributed
  10.     without special permission from the author.  However, any
  11.     redistributors assume full liability for their own distributions.
  12.     I do not guarantee the distribution status of the material or
  13.     assume any liability for any such redistribution.

  15. Selection Criteria

  17.     Material in this library was selected as "freely redistributable"
  18.     because it met one or more of the following conditions:

  20.     (1)    The materials contains explicit copyright notices
  21.         permitting redistribution.

  23.     (2)    The materials were posted to a publically accessable
  24.         electronic bulletin board and did not contain any copyright
  25.         notice limiting distribution.  (Such materials will be
  26.         removed if it is subsequently shown that copyright notices
  27.         were illegally removed.)

  29.     (3)    The materials were posted to a widely disseminated
  30.         electronic network (such as usenet), thus implying that
  31.         their author/poster intended them to be freely distributed.
