  13. The ixemul.library provides a Unix emulation environment for the Amiga.
  14. This makes porting of typical Unix applications very easy, with almost
  15. no changes required to the Unix source code.

  17. This archive contains two versions of the runtime dynamic library
  18. "ixemul.library" that is needed by Amiga binaries that have been
  19. compiled to use this environment.  It also contains a couple of 
  20. auxiliary programs, "ixconfig" and "ixtrace", for configuring the
  21. environment and for doing library tracing when the tracing version
  22. of the library is installed.
