- DDEESSCCRRIIPPTTIIOONN
- The bbccmmpp() function compares byte string _b_1 against byte string _b_2, re
- turning zero if they are identical, nonzero otherwise. Both strings are
- assumed to be _l_e_n bytes long. Zerolength strings are always identical.
