  14.      The iisslloowweerr() function tests for any lower­case letter for which none of
  15.      iscntrl(3),  isdigit(3),  ispunct(3),  or isspace(3) is true.  In the
  16.      _`_`_C_'_' locale, iisslloowweerr() returns true only for the characters defined as
  17.      lower­case letters.

  20.      The iisslloowweerr() macro returns zero if the character tests false and returns
  21.      non­zero if the character tests true.
