- DDEESSCCRRIIPPTTIIOONN
- The ssttrrcchhrr() function locates the first occurence of _c in the string
- pointed to by _s. The terminating NULL character is considered part of the
- string. If _c is `\0', ssttrrcchhrr() locates the terminating `\0'.

- The function ssttrrcchhrr() returns a pointer to the located character, or NULL
- if the character does not appear in the string.
