  46.    At least Kickstart 1.2 with 512k of memory or more.

  48.    To run, Vtt requires the reqtools.library in the LIBS:-directory of
  49.    your system-disk ( this work is done by 'InstallHDE') .
  50.    Further you should have installed some nice huge Fonts in your FONTS:-
  51.    directory ( the scaleable fonts available since OS2.0 are very good
  52.    indeed )
  53.    To install the fonts provided with Vtt, please execute 'InstallHDE';
  54.    if you just intend to use them once, then execute 'AssignFonts'.

  56.    This should be enough to try out the demoscripts I included.

  58.    To get the 24bit-palette of the new AGA-Amigas, Vtt requires that the
  59.    OS3.0 version of the 'SetPatch' command has been executed, as it turns
  60.    on the new chips' abilities. However this is only important if you want
  61.    to create your own bootdisk since SetPatch automaticaly is executed in
  62.    the startup-sequence of WorkBench V3.0.

  87.    The unlimited version is identical to this demo, only the annoying
  88.    'VideoTitlerDEMO... ' won't appear every second line. There is NO printed
  89.    documentation included.

  91.    [680x0], Kickstart version, and if you're already using AA chips ) as
  92.    future versions might require at least an A1200.

  101.    You see a later version of Vtt than you have, although I promised
  102.    to send you an update. You're right BUT:
  103.  
  104.    o you see there're only a few new options.
  105.    o it's mainly bug fixes I've done. These bugs kept Vtt from running
  106.      correctly on a variety of machines. Since you ordered it and I haven't
  107.      heart ANY complaint, I assume it's running quite smoothly on each of
  108.      your Amigas.
  109.    o I'm working on a MAJOR update ( user-interface rewritten in C, more
  110.      comfortable editing of scripts, scrolling of brushes, + maybe some
  111.      more useful things ... ) which I hope to finish still this year.
  112.      This one is free for all those who will have registered until then
  113.      ( and of course for those, who have registerd until now !).

  125.    Well, and last but not least I want to thank you for your confidence
  126.    in my programming work. You've shown me that it makes sense to write
  127.    ( good ?) software instead of doing some boring work in one's holidays.
  128.    Having this in mind I'll keep on developpig Vtt whenever I've got some
  129.    time for it.
  130.    Any suggestions for the new version ? Please tell me, what annoys you
  131.    most about the user-interface, often it's really little things, that
  132.    need to be changed to make the handling easier. But don't tell me
  133.    everything that Scala can do - if you want to have such a powerful tool
  134.    then buy it. The price makes the difference ...
