  2. Installing a new version of PowerCache
  3. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  4. If  you  already  have a prior version of PowerCache installed, and you are
  5. using  the Locale system (Workbench 2.1 or later), then you MUST re-install
  6. the  locale  files.  New strings are constantly being added to PowerCache's
  7. vocabulary,  and  in  some cases strings are even swapped inside the locale
  8. file.

  10. If  PowerCache  fails  to locate the minimum required version of its locale
  11. file(s), it will refuse to use them and switch to built-in english strings.

  13. So  please  let the installation programs install the locale files, even if
  14. you have already done so in a previous installation of an older version.
