  10. A program to make it easier to edit tooltypes in icons.  ToolType will
  11. read the tooltypes from an icon file and let you use your favorite
  12. text editor to change or add to the tooltypes.  ToolType can be run
  13. from shell, Workbench, or set up as an appicon.  Includes an option to
  14. sort the tooltypes alphabetically.
