  8. Allows  pictures  to  be  dropped onto an appicon.  Will then load the
  9. pictures using datatypes.library and scale them into icons.

  11. Many  options  to  customize  how  the scaled picture icons will look.
  12. Allows frames/backgrounds and size text (built in fonts, tho)

  14. Uses  many  of  Iconian's  routines, so if you've seen Iconian, you'll
  15. know what to expect.
