  8.  1. This little proggy allows you to use OS2.0 AUTOSCROLL and
  9.     NEWLOOK, which are probably not used by OS1.3 dedicated
  10.     programs.

  12.  2. AUTOSCROLL flag lets you drag active screen by mouse
  13.     movements only (eg. drag screen down, then move pointer to the
  14.     bottom of screen and move it down). NOWLOOK flag makes screen's
  15.     titlebar and menus to be drawn OS2.0+ style (white background,
  16.     underline, 3D gadgets) instead of disgusting 1.3 look.
