  21. is permitted as long as the following terms are observed.

  24.    MPatch         the MPatch executable 
  25.    MPatch.C       the source file
  26.    MPatch.DOC     the documentation
  27.    LegalStuff     this file
  28.    SCOPTIONS      the SAS/C V6.x options file

  30. * No money must be charged except a reasonable fee for copying, media and
  31.    mailing costs that must not exceed USD 3,-, DEM 5,- or ATS 35,- for a
  32.    single DSDD disk.
