  1. Hi Sysop of Wildcat!:                              As of:  11 Nov 94

  3.         I began this venture in Sep 94.  I first wrote a program to make the
  4. newsletter called "The CAT!".  Then I posted out a message letting everyone
  5. know what I was doing and to get support for it.  The last and final step was
  6. to get MSI approval and ok, which Rick Heming gave me yesterday.

  8.         Now, I got the idea from FIDONEWS which is published weekly for all
  9. those in and using the Fido Net.  I though it would be a neat idea to have
  10. a newsletter written by WC sysops and distributed by then on either a weekly 
  11. or monthly basis depending on what support I get from you.

  13. SUBMISSIONS:  You are encouraged to submit articles for publication in The
  14. CAT!.  Article submission requirements are unlimited at this time.  For those
  15. of you who would like to submit articels, use any text editor and label it 
  16. anyway except for the extension.  The extension ** MUST ** be ".CAT" anyother
  17. extension will not be processed by the program I've made.  Also the very first
  18. line in your article must be 78 "-" (dashes) and the second ** MUST ** be
  19. blank and the third ** MUST ** be "SUBJECT: (two spaces then the subject)", 
  20. finally the fourth line must be blank as well.  See below example:

  28. Then send all articles to 1:274/26 or call my BBS The DarkSword at 703-720-8503
  29. and upload them.  If you upload them via BBS leave me a note letting me know 
  30. that you did that so I can move it to directory manually.
