R%Clean and prepare scallops and shrimp.

R%Roll a small strip of bacon around a scallops and place on skewer.

R%Next thread a shrimp on skewer.

R%Alternate with the scallop / bacon and a shrimp to fill skewer.

R%Put the olive oil, white wine, honey, nutmeg, and green onion in a
R%shallow dish and lay the kabobs in this mixture for at least 2 hours.

R%Place kabobs in a broiler pan and broil for 10 minutes to 15 minutes.
