  8. I%1/3, cup, water, lukewarm

  10. I%1, tsp., salt

  15. R%Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.  Add potato water and beaten
  16. R%egg, salt, sugar, flour, and butter.  Let rise in the bowl.

  18. R%Punch down once and let rise again and then shape into rolls.

  20. R%Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) oven until done (approximately
