I%2/3, cup, cocoa, Hershey's is recommended

I%1/4, cup, butter

R%Combine cocoa sugar, and salt in saucepan. Add milk gradually,
R%Mix thoroughly; bring to a bubbly boil on high heat stirring
R%continually. Reduce heat to medium and continue boiling, without
R%stirring, until a small amount forms a soft ball when dropped in cold
R%water. Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla. Do not stir; allow
R%fudge to cool. Beat until fudge thickens, and looses some of its
R%gloss. Quickly pour and spread in lightly buttered 8 x 8 x 2 pan.
R%Cool. Cut in 1" squares.
