  2.         Welcome to the tasty world of Cajun cooking.  Take
  3.         care, it is totally addictive, and most of the
  4.         ingredients are readily available, even up here in
  5.         the frozen north.
  6.  
  7.         Just to give the credit where it is due, the recipes
  8.         in this file are from a variety of sources.  A few
  9.         are my own, but the fast majority come from the
  10.         cookbooks of Paul Prudhomme, Alex Patout, Justin
  11.         Wilson, and the cookbook "Talk About Good,"
  12.         published by the Lafayette Junior League.
  13.  
  14.         If you are interested in Cajun Cooking, books by
  15.         these authors are a must.
  16.  
  17.         The recipes were collected on the Meal Master Program
  18.         version 5.54 and version 6.0.  They can be imported to
  19.         either version by using the import utility.
  20.  
  21.         I will eventually post another file of Louisiana
  22.         recipes.  This second file will be called LOUIS1.ZIP
  23.         The primary category will be "Louisiana" and the
  24.         second catagory will be "Cajun", "Creole", or
  25.         "Southern."

  27.         Enjoy these fine recipes and if you post this file to
  28.         any other BBS's be sure that you include this file to
  29.         give the credit where it is due.
