  4. 4 T. oil    1 14-1/2 oz. can beef broth
  5. 3-1/2 to 4 lb. beef stew meat    1 4 oz. can green chilies
  6. 1 12 oz. can vegetable juice    3 minced cloves garlic
  7. shredded cheddar cheese
  8.  
  9.     Brown meat in oil and drain.  Add remaining ingredients
  10. except cheese.  Simmer over low heat 2 to 3 hours.  Shred meat
  11. with fork, drain excess liquid.  Serve on tortillas with cheese.
