CURRIED SEAFOOD SALAD
1/4 c. vinegar 1/2 cucumber
1 T. honey 8 oz. cooked shrimp
1-1/2 to 2 t. curry powder 6 oz. crab meat
1/3 c. oil 1/2 c. coconut
5 c. lettuce 1/2 c. chopped almonds
3 c. spinach 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. celery
Blend first four ingredients, adding oil gradually. Toss
with all ingredients except last three. Sprinkle those on top.
