GINGERED SHRIMP SALAD
1-1/2 lb. cooked shrimp 1-1/2 t. ginger
3/4 c. oil 1 t. sugar
1/4 c. white wine vinegar 1/2 t. salt
2 T. water 2 c. celery
1 T. lemon juice 2 c. carrots
Mix together all ingredients except shrimp and vegetables.
Pour half over shrimp and half over the vegetables. Marinate for
an hour, drain and serve over lettuce or sprouts.
