  1.                          MEXICAN QUICHE

  5. 6" flour tortilla    1 egg
  6. 1/2 c. jack cheese (2 oz.)    1/4 c. milk
  7. 3 oz. sausage    1/8 t. salt
  8. 1 T. chopped green pepper
  9.  
  10.     Heat tortilla and place in small greased dish.  Top with
  11. half of the cheese.  Cokk sausage and pepper and add to dish. 
  12. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over dish.  Top with
  13. rest of cheese.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
