  1.                        VEGETABLE-HAM SALAD

  5. 1 c. peas    2 T. green onion
  6. 2 c. rice    3 T. white wine vinegar
  7. 1 c. ham    3 T. oil
  8. 4 oz. cheese    1/2 t. basil & chervil
  9. 3/4 c. celery    1/4 t. salt
  10. 1/2 c. green pepper    1/8 t. pepper
  11.  
  12.     Combine first seven ingredients.  Whisk together remaining
  13. ingredients, add to salad, and toss to combine.
