  3. This archive contains five files, the one you are reading right
  4. now, USCON.WP, USCON.WS2, USCON.WS, and USCON.ASC.  The USCON.*
  5. files are described as follows:

  7. USCON.WP is a WordPerfect file (Ver 4.2)
  8. USCON.WS2 is a WordStar 2000 file
  9. USCON.WS is a Wordstar file
  10. USCCON.ASC is a ASCII file
  11.  
  12. USCON.* files are each the text of the Constitution of the United
  13. States of America complete to and including the 26th ammendment
  14. using Black's Law Dictionary, Fifth Edition, 1979 as the source. 
  15. Some care has been taken to make sure that it has been accurately
  16. rendered but no warranty is made or implied that it is perfectly 
  17. accurate in all respects.  Anyone who should choose to make use of
  18. this is directed to determine for himself not only the accuracy 
  19. but also the completeness of this work at the time he might choose
  20. to use or rely on it.

  24. It is believed by this author that evidence of fraud  exists
  25. which may make the 16th ammendment ("the Income Tax Ammendment")
  26. as contained in this document completely invalid, null, void and
  27. without the force and effect of law as a part of the U. S.
  28. Constitution.  Irrefutable information to this effect may be

  37. NEVER WAS VOL. I  -by Beckman and Benson.  One of the authors,
  38. Mr. Benson, was formerly a criminal investigator for the
  39. Illinois Department of Revenue, a man well trained to recognize
  40. evidence of fraud, and is currently a para-legal.  The cost of
  41. this hardcover book is 20.00 plus 3.00 postage and handling. 
  42. Without a doubt it is one of the "HOTTEST" books to be published
  43. in this decade and makes fascinating reading when one considers
  44. the implications.

  46. A licensed attorney who has seen the material contained in this
  47. book has declared that based on it, the "Income Tax Ammendment"
  48. is null and void!  It certainly makes "Watergate" and "Contra
  49. Aid" very pale by comparison.
