The interior is as important to
the looks of your car as is the
exterior. Vacuum your rugs often.
The grit that gets imbedded in the
rugs can really reduce their life.
Use the vacuum on your seats also.
If you have a padded dash, wipe the
dust off and use a preservative such
as Armor All or Son-of-a-Gun on it
often to keep it moisturized. You
can use these preservatives on the
door panels, seats and anything else
that is plastic. This is even more
important when you live in a sunny

climate. Ultraviolet rays even through
tinted glass can raise havoc with all
plastic material. Without some of these
preservatives, it will all begin to look
in sad shape much sooner than you would
expect.
These solutions can also be used on
rubber such as tires or bumper guards.
Make sure they are clean and rub these
preparations on and rub off after the
required waiting period.
Vinyl tops should be done with the
special cleaners available for that
purpose.
