  6. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  8. This release of AVP/AVPLite Version 3.0 is to be considered "Beta"
  9. software. This software has not been throughly tested and may contain
  10. program errors and other defects that may cause permanent data loss. You
  11. are here by advised to evaluate and USE THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

  13. KAMI Corp. hereby disclaims all warranties relating to Antiviral Toolkit
  14. Pro by Eugene V. Kaspersky (C) KAMI Corp. ("AVP") whether express or
  15. implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of
  16. merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The person,
  17. company, institution, or government agency using AVP bears all risk as
  18. to the quality and performance of AVP. In no event shall KAMI Corp., any
  19. distributor of AVP or anyone else involved in the creation, production,
  20. distribution or delivery, of AVP, be liable for any damages of any kind,
  21. including without limitation direct, indirect, consequential,
  22. incidental, special, or exemplary damages arising out of the use,
  23. performance, or delivery of AVP even if KAMI Corp. any distributor, or
  24. anyone else involved in the creation, production, distribution or
  25. delivery, of AVP has been advised of the existence or possibility of
  26. such damages.  In no event shall KAMI Corp., any distributor of AVP, or
  27. anyone else involved in the creation, production, distribution or
  28. delivery of AVP be liable for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or
  29. any other theory of liability.  In no event shall any theory of
  30. liability exceed the license fee paid to KAMI Corp. or any distributor,
  31. or anyone else involved in the creation, production, distribution or
  32. delivery, of AVP.

  34. Using AVP, it's utilities or documentaion means that you agree to these
  35. terms and conditions.

  37. Any other use, distribution or representation of the AVP is expressly
  38. forbidden without the written permission of KAMI Corp. or a authorized
  39. distributor.

  41. KAMI Corp. and authorized distributors reserve the right to revise the
  42. AVP software, utilities and written materials, and to make changes from
  43. time to time in the contents without obligation to notify any person.
  44. All software, documentation, and utilities are subject to change without
  45. notice.

  56. transfer the software to hard disk provided that the software is used as
