  17.            are necessary to run On The Menu.

  19.         FPTAB10.VBX  - VBX control used in dialog boxes.
  20.         FREQUENT.ADF - List of items frequently used in the shopping
  21.                        list.
  22.         LEADDLL.DLL  - Photo decompression and display program.
  23.         MANAGER.EXE  - The On The Menu program.
  24.         MHGCAL.VBX   - VBX calendar control.
  25.         MHRUN400.DLL - VBX helper program
  26.         MUSCROLL.DLL - Micro scroll program.
  27.         OTM.EXE      - The On The Menu splash screen program.
  28.         OTM.HLP      - The On The Menu help file.
  29.         PANTRY.ADF   - List if items to be removed from the shopping
  30.                        list.
  31.         README.TXT   - Late breaking information and
  32.                        tips on getting started with the program.
  33.         UPSTICKY.CMP - Compressed bitmap for use with the tutorial.

  36.   \OTM\FAVORITE\ - This directory contains the FAVORITE.OTM database
  37.                    and its associated files. This directory contains 
  38.                    pictures (.BMP and .CMP files) that are referred 
  39.                    to by On The Menu's Favorite cookbook

  41.         FAVORITE.LDB - Locking database for FAVORITE.OTM (Created the 
  42.                        first time you run the program).
  43.         FAVORITE.OTM - The Favorite Cookbook database.
  44.         *.CMP        - Compressed pictures (Viewable only from
  45.                        within the program).

  49.                    for proper On The Menu operation.

  54.         CWADMENU.BMP - Add to menu wait bitmap
