The Corel ArtView Screen Saver
==============================
The Corel ArtView Screen Saver displays images from your CD-ROM or
hard drives on your screen when the computer is idle. When the screen
saver is displaying images, the computer is "asleep"; otherwise,
the computer is "awake".
The screen saver can display the following bitmap file formats:
- Windows 3.0 BMP format of 1,4 and 8 bits per pixel
- PCX format of 1,2,3,4 and 8 bits per pixel
- GIF format (version 87a only)
- Kodak PhotoCD PCD format
Files must also be smaller than 2mb (or available memory if less than 2mb)
and larger than 64 pixels on a side.
NOTE: Corel has tested the screen saver with a number of video cards
and drivers. However, with the veritable cornucopia of available video
products, problems may occur with some configurations.

About the Images
================
The Photo-CD images contained on the Corel ArtShow are samples from our
Corel Professional Photos series. Each series of CD-ROM titles contains
100 royalty-free, Kodak PhotoCD quality photographs. Available for both
the Windows and Macintosh environments, you can use these photographs
in your newsletters, business presentations and advertisements, or
enjoy them as part of a simple screen saver like we have here.
The Corel Professional Photos series also includes tools that make it
easy to use the photographs in a variety of ways, including the
screen saver you see here, CorelMosaic, CD-Audio and the Corel
PhotoCD Lab program. So contact Corel and check them out!!
We hope you enjoy the Corel ArtView Screen Saver and the many beautiful
images stored on the Corel ArtShow CD-ROM.
