  12. together.  When Jesse Jackson made an 
  13. address in Cuba on June 27, 1984, the 
  14. United Press gave us the following 
  15. quotation:

  17.         "Love live Cuba, long live the 
  18. United States, long live President 
  19. Castro, long live Martin Luther King, 
  20. long live Che Gueverra, long live 
  21. Patrice Lamumba, long live our cry of 
  22. freedom, OUR TIME HAS COME."  Notice the 
  23. personal pronoun: "OUR."  Every man 
  24. listed in the "OUR" group was a 
  25. dedicated Marxist.

  27.         In the Los Angeles Times, 
  28. November 28, 1987, Jesse says, "I am 
  29. opposed to the death penalty."  In 
  30. regards to Jesse's Christianity, he says 
  31. (June 1, 1984, Los Angeles Times): "Oh 
  32. certainly, absolutely.  God has got many 
  33. names but one residence.  You know some 
  34. people call him God, Allah, Zin, Buddha, 
  35. but IT is a mighty force.  IT is a 
  36. mighty creator."

  39. read in the New Testament?

  41.         Jesse's New Testament 
  42. Christianity is probably best expressed 
  43. by an article from the Biblical 
  44. Scoreboard in December of 1987.  There 
  45. we read, "He praised Playboy for having 
  46. a universal appeal of sex on the one 
  47. hand and its CHALLENGING INTELLECTUAL 
  48. APPEAL on the other."  "Intellectual 
  49. appeal"?  For what kind of intellect?  A 
  50. thirteen-year-old in the ghetto?  Oh, 
  51. Jesse is a character!  He and Fidel 
  52. Castro and Dukakis and Ted Kennedy and 
  53. Che Gueverra make up what Jesse calls 
  54. "our time."  THANK GOD IT HASN'T COME 
  55. YET!
