  1. This is a sample FastGloss file.  It consists of
  2.       Ñ glossary codes 
  3.         ('t', 'q', 'b', 'f', 'j', 'o'...) 
  4.       Ñ and replacement strings 
  5.         ('the', 'quick', 'brown', 'fox', 'jumps', ...)
  6.   
  7. In general, a glossary code is recognized by two preceeding consecutive
  8. Returns  and a following space or Return.  Replacement  strings follow 
  9. their code and can  be any size on any number of  lines.  To put a blank
  10. line in a replacement  string put some  blanks on the line so that it 
  11. will not be seen as introducing a new glossary code (e.g. the following 
  12. line).

  14. Once FastGloss is on the default disk, simply press <cmnd>G (or choose 
  15. "Glossary" from the search menu) after  each string  you wish replaced, or 
  16. set "glossary is automatic" in  the options menu (when  glossary is 
  17. automatic FastGloss is searched after every space, return, or punctuation).  
  18. Modifications to  FastGloss go into effect immediately.

  20. If FastEddie3 doesn't seem to think FastGloss is present when it is, 
  21. FastGloss probably needs to be moved a different disk (FastEddie3 
  22. only looks for FastGloss on the default disk).
