Instructions The picture must be in the upper left hand corner of the paint file, bounded by the rectangle drawn above. To convert a paint file to the "startup" file, use the "paint->startup" option under the "File" menu; select the paint file to open, and select the default name "StartUpScreen" as the name of the "startup" file.
