  3. By using the following Windows 3.1 Driver Library
  4. (the "Software"), you are hereby agreeing to the
  5. included license agreement.  Please review the
  6. file LICENSE.TXT.

  8. ACCESS PACK
  9. ----------------------------------------------------
  10. Access Pack makes it easier for you to control the
  11. keyboard and mouse when you use Windows version 3.1.
  12.  
  13. The Access Pack software is fully compatible with 
  14. the normal Windows configurations, and should not
  15. be noticeable by users who do not wish to use its
  16. additional features.  Therefore it can be used on
  17. all machines, including those infrequently used by
  18. people who require it.
  19.  
  20. Access Pack consists of three keyboard drivers
  21. and a mouse driver which replace the standard 
  22. Windows drivers for most hardware configurations.
  23. It also includes ACCESS.EXE, a program that controls
  24. the Access functions, and ACCESS.WRI, an online text
  25. file that describes Access Pack and explains how to
  26. use it.

  28. Installing Access Pack for Persons with Disabilities
  29. ----------------------------------------------------

  31.  1. Make sure you are outside of Windows as the MS-DOS prompt.
  32.  
  33.  2. Start Setup
  34.  
  35.  3. Move the selection to the Computer entry and press enter.
  36.     (might insert that they should note the current value
  37.     for use in next step)
  38.  
  39.  4. select the final entry marked "Other" and press enter.
  40.  
  41.  5. When Setup prompts you for the disk containing the
  42.     device driver, insert the disk you made during the
  43.     downloading procedure, or type the path of
  44.     the directory on your hard drive where you
  45.     downloaded the files. Press enter.
  46.  
  47.  6. choose the entry from the list which most closely matches
  48.     your computer type, but includes the word "(Access)" and
  49.     press enter.    
  50.     (An example Machine type is "MS-DOS System (Access)".)
  51.  
  52.  7. move the selection to the Mouse entry and press enter.
  53.     (might insert that they should note the current value
  54.     for use in next step)

  56.     *NOTE:  You MUST select a MOUSE entry that includes the
  57.     word "(Access)", even if you are NOT USING A MOUSE.  In
  58.     that case you should choose the entry "No mouse or other
  59.     pointing device (Access)".

  61.  8. choose the entry from the list which most closely matches
  62.     your mouse type, but includes the word "(Access)" and press
  63.     enter.
  64.     (An example Mouse type is "Microsoft, or IBM PS/2 (Access)".)

  66.  9. move the selection to the Complete Changes entry and press
  67.     enter.

  73. 10.  Create a program item for the Access
  74.      application. For more information, see
  75.      Chapter 3, "Program Manager," in the
  76.      "Microsoft Windows User's Guide."

  79. ACCESS.WRI file that was copied to your system when
  80. the keyboard and mouse drivers were installed.

  82. Once you are running Windows you might want to take the 
  83. following optional steps:

  87.       1. start Write from the accessories group
  88.       2. load ACCESS.WRI from your windows directory
  89.       3. print it out
