  3. This Chinese Reader (Zhong1 Wen2 Yue4 Do2 or ZWYD) is intended to
  4. provide an alternative to read chinese GuoBiao coded files under
  5. Microsoft Windows. The major advantage is to allow user to do
  6. multitasking in Windows environment. User can perform all standard
  7. window operations such as resizing windows, using clipboard, and
  8. executing several Chinese Readers. Chinese Reader has the
  9. capabilities of page down and up, line scrolling, random
  10. positioning, searching for files to read. The current version of
  11. Chinese Reader has no keyboard operation. A mouse is required to
  12. use Chinese Reader. (It is highly uncommon that user runs Microsoft
  13. Windows without a mouse). Due to the limited time and resources,
  14. this program has not been tested exhaustively. Please report bugs
  15. to 25822873@wsuvm1. Your opinions and comments are welcome. You can
  16. use and distribute Chinese Reader (this document and its chinese
  17. version should be kept in one package with zwyd.exe) free of charge
  18. provided that no modification will be made. Enjoy your chinese
  19. reading.
