  12.           TackOn Path/a File/a

  14.      DESCRIPTION
  15.           TackOn takes a Path and a File and unites these two into one
  16.           larger pathname which it then displays on its standard
  17.           output.  This allows TackOn to be used in building up
  18.           filenames in shell scripts using command substitution.
