  11. 09/24/88     Sneakers         Tail option of UULOG was broken. It is now fixed.

  14.                               Removed message header from user editable message.
  15.                               Now gives a warning on ZERO byte messages & exits.

  17. 09/30/88     Sneakers         Rewrote 'Pnews-x' commands.
  18.                               Fixed the broken CopyMessage() routine.
  19.                               Added Include() routine.    File to include [None]
  20.                               Added CheckUser() routine.  [Send|List|Edit|Abort]

  23.                               Fixed it, and it works great :-)

  26.                               LOGFILE was < 10 lines. UULOG is now fixed. And
  27.                               you have Joe Isuzu's word on it :-)
