  4. This simple freeware utility will keep track of up to 25 different
  5. events.  A countdown timer displaying the number of years, months,
  6. days, hours, minutes and seconds will be displayed for each event.

  8. Additionally, the total number of seconds, minutes, hours, days,
  9. weekends is displayed.

  11. This version allows dates in date formats that are more than the
  12. US standard structure of MM/DD/YYYY.
