  1. Southwestern Cheese Rolls

  3. 2 lb medium sharp cheddar cheese
  4. 1 lb cream cheese
  5. 1 TSP garlic powder
  6. 1 TSP seasoned salt
  7. 1 cup ground pecans (walnuts can be substituted)
  8.  
  9. 1 jar chile powder
  10. wax paper

  12. Thoroughly mix above ingredients except for chile powder. For each roll grab
  13. a palmful of material and roll until about 1 inch thick by 8 inches long. Then
  14. roll in chile powder to coat outer layer. Place in wax paper and refrigerate 
  15. overnight .

  17. This is best served with crackers, and the rolls can be frozen.
