===== Information for Users ("READ-ME") ================
This package contains MomShell(TM) (Version 1.2a), by Manuel Onate. This
document contains only a brief description of the package and its
features, along with instructions for its installation. Quite detailed
documentation is included in the package, but it is in archived form, and
is more easily read after installation.
If you've ever wished MicroSoft designed a really practical Program
Manager then MomShell is the program for you. It has a better interface
and packs lots of features not found on the Program Manager that comes
with Windows.
MomShell is a shareware program. This evaluation version includes most
features of the registered version. Use it for up to 30 days, without
charge (see MOMSHELL.WRI for more details). If you like the program, and
wish to continue its use after this evaluation period, you are required
to pay for the program (see MOMSHELL.WRI for more details). Any fee you
may have paid to others (disk vendors, dealers, etc.) to obtain this
evaluation version was a fee for their copying and distribution services,
rather than a payment for continued use of the program.

===== Installation =====================================
Installing MomShell is very easy. You will need about 1.5 MB of
available disk space on the hard drive on which you plan to install
MomShell.
The exact steps you need to take will depend on how you received
MomShell.
INSTALLING FROM DISKETTES
To install from diskette(s), you need to perform the following steps.
o Place MomShell distribution diskette in the appropriate
diskette drive.
o Copy the files MOMSHELL.EXE, MOMSHELL.WRI and MOMSHELL.DLL to your
Windows directory. The rest of the files included in the
distribution diskette are not necesary to run the program.
o Run MOMSHELL.EXE through the run command of the Program Manager or
File Manager, or install a program icon on Program Manager and
execute it.
INSTALLING FROM A HARD DRIVE
If you downloaded MomShell from a BBS (or received it in the form of
archive files from some other source), you will need to perform the
following steps.
o Extract the contents of the archive file(s) in a temporary
directory on your hard drive. The procedure for doing this
varies, depending on the form in which you received the package.
In all likelihood, the fact that you are reading this text means
that you already have the necessary tools and knowledge to
perform this step. If not, you should be able to obtain
directions for this from the same source from which you received
the package.
o Proceed as described above.
When you're satisfied that the installation was successful, you should
delete the temporary directory FROM which you installed MomShell,
including all its contents.
YOU'RE READY TO GO
Once you've complete the installation, you should consult the documents
(filename extension "wri"). We hope you enjoy the program.

implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability

===== License for Use and Distribution =================
MomShell is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge to the
user for evaluation. Feel free to share it with your friends, but please
do not give it away altered or as part of another system. The essence of
"user-supported" software is to provide personal computer users with
quality software without high prices, and yet to provide incentive for
programmers to continue to develop new products. If you find this
program useful and find that you are using MomShell and continue to use
MomShell after the 30 day trial period, you must make a registration
payment to Manuel Onate. The registration fee will license one copy for
use on any one computer at any one time. You must treat this software
just like a book. An example is that this software may be used by any
number of people and may be freely moved from one computer location to
another, so long as there is no possibility of it being used at one
location while it's being used at another. Just as a book cannot be read
by two different persons at the same time.
Commercial users of MomShell must register and pay for their copies of
MomShell within 30 days of first use or their license is w
