  10.  AB    We performed a retrospective study of 154 patients with AIDS that
  11.        presented lesions of the nervous system at necroscopic examination.
  12.        Necropsies were performed in the Hospital Universitario Antonio Pedro
  13.        (Niteroi, Brazil). We emphasize epidemiologic and clinical data,
  14.        neuropathologic findings, evolution time, and anatomo-clinical
  15.        correlation. Data obtained can contribute in the definition of
  16.        consequences of neurologic symptoms and signs for early diagnosis and
  17.        best prognosis in AIDS.
